Grading of teams 1 Year ago Karma: 1
The current grading of the teams is not ideal, but goes a long way to helping for the next season. Any thoughts?

Next year players will be graded on their percentage results from this year and also previous years for players who have been around.

Teams will change so be prepared.

Here we are in 2010. The grading of players will now be based on a 1,2,3,4 system in order to promote fairness amoungst all teams in all grades. This will be based upon last years percentage, but also upon ability and past performance.

There did seem to be some confusion at our AGM. Any thoughts?????

yes i was also confused about the 1234 system but i have since had it explained and now it makes more sense to me and think it is a good idea
